This website has no accounts, forms or advertising. We collect only what is needed to serve and protect it:

• Technical information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and stop abuse.
• The content of any email you send us, and your email address, so that we can reply.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from malicious traffic.

We use this information to operate and secure the website and to answer your messages. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that host the website and handle our email, under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Request logs are kept for a short period, normally no more than 30 days. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@cared.dev. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This website is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our learning products, which children may use with a guardian's consent, describe how they protect children's information in their own policies.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
